Larnaca Salt Lake & Flamingo Watching

About this venue

One of Cyprus's most spectacular natural attractions. During winter months (November–March), thousands of pink flamingos and other migratory birds gather on the shallow salt lake. The flat, bike-friendly trail around the lake is suitable for strollers and all ages. The adjacent Hala Sultan Tekke mosque makes a lovely cultural stop. Free and easily accessible from the city.
